Remove incomplete data from 2024-07-08 and 2024-07-15

This fix removes apparently incomplete data from mail_domains.csv for two subsequent measurement points (2024-07-08 and 2024-07-15).

Reason:

• We should remove KPI data if there is good reason to assume wrongly/incompletely recorded data
• Ugly diagrams 😉
