Draft: update dates for sab 2022

Uwe Jandt (DESY, HIFIS) requested to merge update-kpi-sab22 into master
  • Update cloud KPI calculation for reporting date 2022-06-01, i.e. for SAB reporting.
  • Do not merge to master as this overwrites the Official 2021 reporting data that should be kept.
    • should compute separate graphs instead
