Fix wrongly computed (too high) KPI
Fixing yet-again insanely high KPI when a service grows exponentially (nearly).

Extract the minimum to refer to not from the whole data set (as before), instead only from the considered time range (i.e. after service onboarding) -
Fix error of disappearing services (events, limesurvey)
