Using T as separator between date and time

Although RFC 3339 is open to replace the T separator by an space, the examples in RFC still uses the T separator. The tools might follow more ISO 8601 which allows only T. Maybe another example should use the T separator, e.g. 1990-12-31T15:59:60-08:00
