Create Test Cases: "DataContainer.question_for_id should account for IDs without separator"

Comment by @hueser93: The implementation looks fine, but we need at least 4 test cases here (if not already covered):

1. Testing with and without hierarchy separator.
2. Testing with and without data found for requested IDs.
