Resolve "Test conversion of questions to DataFramen or Series - testing module question"

Hueser, Christian requested to merge 111-test-method-as-series-in-module-question into main

Add test to check that method as_series works

  • Add unit test case to check that method as_series of class question works as expected.
  • Add exception to file .gitignore to allow CSV files for test data in unit test folder tests/.
