Resolve "Extent README.md file with command to start survey analysis"

Hueser, Christian requested to merge 19-extent-readme-file-with-command-to-start-survey-analysis into master

New content in README file should cover the following topics:

  • How to run the analysis?
  • How to write a own script?
    • Implement run()-method
    • Where to put script files
