Resolve "Allow to run single scripts"

Hueser, Christian requested to merge 24-allow-to-run-single-scripts into master

Add a CLI option to select analysis scripts to be executed:

  • New CLI option is called "names" which defaults to value "all".
  • All scripts selected from scripts folder will be executed.
  • README has been adapted.
