Resolve "Add a class for plotting data and a method to plot data as a stacked bar chart"

Hueser, Christian requested to merge 39-plotting-class-for-stacked-bar-charts into master

Add class Plot to survey analysis package and an example script:

  • Add class Plot with a first plotting method for stacked bar charts.
  • Add an example survey analysis script which prepares the data-frame to be plotted.
