Resolve "Script 'global_descriptive_statistics.py' shows an error due to an array length mismatch"

Fix array length mismatch by adding an entry for 'None'

  • Fix bug in analysis script that constructs a mapping from long to short center names. Additional mapping is 'None' to '(Unknown)'.
