This branch contains a representation of Survey Metadata in the form of a class Metadata which is responsible for loading metadata from a given YAML file into a dictionary. The cli command "analyze" got an additional option called "metadata" which specifies where the metadata YAML file can be found.

Closes #6 (closed). Closes #13 (closed).
