Q018 and Q023: Harmonize wording

Q018 and Q023 have a few overlaps, e.g.

Participating in a training course vs. Receiving interactive training sessions -> workshop
Reading tutorials/text books and trying it on my own vs. Being provided with links to reading material & Being provided with self-teach tutorials -> Education: Being provided with self-teach material
expert vs subject expert -> expert

I'd suggest to harmonize the wording a bit
