How many years have you been working within the Helmholtz Association?

Makes no sense for people who have never worked for a Helmholtz center. If the question should only address those who are currently working for a Helmholtz center, we could condition this question on the previous one. If the question should also include those who are currently not working for Helmholtz but might have in the past, we should include another response option, e.g.

I have never worked for a Helmholtz center

or make it a bit clearer that

Up to 1 year

also includes 0 years
