Add a command to CI pipeline to disable StrictHostKeyChecking temporarily when copying page to servers.

* HTML proofer complains about external link to page that has no valid
ssl certificate anymore.
* Hence, remove this link.

* On each rebuild of the page a different link would have been generated
* The change also redirects from the links that I know which were
shared
