Current configuration does not work on subpath

Currently, there exist multiple paths that cannot be resolved when serving the web page on a sub directory (e.g. via GitLab Pages).: http://hifis.pages.hzdr.de/software.hifis.net

This can be solved by setting the baseurl variable or flag and using the relative_url filter in templates.
