Add reference and link to license for xkcd comic

Merged Huste, Tobias requested to merge add-xkcd-reference into 120-included-xkcd-cartoon-needs-a-license
  • The xkcd comic is licensed under a CC-BY-NC license, that requires to provide a reference and a link to the license
  • Use blog as a category instead of report

Please note: the alignment of the image caption needs to be fixed.
