Resolve "Add 'Katharina Dworatzyk'"

Add Katharina to team member page:

• Create a team member page for Katharina.

• Fixed bug that organization / location is not displayed on team member pages due to restructuring of team member data.

• Team member data of Katharina is valid.

• All other locations of team members are still valid as well after restructuring of team member data.

• Organizations / locations are displayed correctly on both, team member and event pages (in list and details view).
