Add google-site-verification meta tag and Sitemap

  • In order to improve the visibility of software.hifis.net this MR adds the Google site verification tag to the site's meta tag in order to register software.hifis.net in the Google Search Console.
  • In order to improve search result for software.hifis.net this provides a sitemap.xml which can be used by search engines to better index our site. This is done by using the jekyll-sitemap plugin
