Elaborate roadmap conent for technology service

After having agreed on the styling of the roadmap, it is time to elaborate the content of the roadmap.

The associate branch 100-content-for-roadmap should be merged into branch 100-roadmap-representation after content is ready, so that whole roadmap can be merged into master afterwards.
