Consulting advert post

This is the advertising post for the Consulting team.

I'd like to get André's approval before publishing, but apart from that, it's ready for an initial draft read.

EDIT: André isn't in until September, we can go with it and remove it later if he for some reason has some strong objection to it.

@frust45, could you either review, or point me at someone who is good at reviewing these sorts of advertising spiel? Thanks
