Resize and center the title image

Erxleben, Fredo requested to merge 15-improve-title-image into master

The new baseline for the paddings are

  • 16rem top
  • 10rem bottom Tablet-sized displays scale the padding to 0.75baseline, phone-sized displays to 0.5baseline.
