Resolve "Introduce yaml-lint ruby gem tool to check yaml files in jekyll project"

Add ruby tool "yaml-lint" to check syntax of all yaml files. Check is done in GitLab CI Pipeline stage "test" after "html-proofer" checked all HTML.
