Create a feedback button that automatically generates an issue

Blocked by #47 Create a feedback button with dialog. With that it should be possible to fill out a form which will then be converted into a GitLab Issue. In Issue #47 all of the research stuff is done.

1. Create a button
2. Create a Dialog which asks for all relevant information. Goal: Using this Dialog a new issue is created.
3. Create a test for that.
