Extended scientific disciplines of 6 records

As asked for in https://gitlab.hzdr.de/hmc/hmc/cct-1-mapping/mapping_results/-/issues/11 I reviewed the changes in this branch, which only add the newly introduced scientific discipline "Engineering Science: Transportation Engineering" (https://gitlab.hzdr.de/hmc/hmc/cct-1-mapping/category-definitions/-/merge_requests/9) to 6 records and should not lead to any breaking changes.

Please merge. this Closes #11 (closed)
