Uplifting does not work on remote machine, because of rdflib loading context from the web
RDFlib is still kindergarten, we have to live with that. So there is no option to give a local context, or to disallow loading all kinds of remote stuff.
Instead one has to install audit hooks, i.e kind of monkey patch certain requests in python.
