Bugfix in convert_json_unhide, save filepath was wrong if a destination was given. Also variables where overwritten. This sovles the directory structure issue with the OAI harvester.
This bundles further fixes with the pipeline:
- data uploads into the triple stores larger than 10000 lines
- metadata with nested lists can be processed
- processbars
