Update framework and relevant packages
NextJS v^15 is now available. All relevant libraries and this framework packages are now being updated in our application. Currently the app isn't functioning with just package updates as there are breaking changes in the i18n framework used that we have not configured for. This is to be fixed to get the app functional with the latest packages
