add hyperlinks in search results

once the "institutions" and "experts" detail pages are available, the respective fields in other search results shoulb become clickable hyperlinks.

When searching e.g. for datasets the search result in its entirety should redirect to the external link (i.e. where the dataset it hosted). This can be done with the hovering-creates-a-shaded-field method and then clicking on the field redirects to the main source.

However the search result will also include the authors/creators and their affiliations in the display. These should be implemented as hyperslinks and redirect to the respective landing pages created in #86 (closed) and #87 (closed)
