clickable fields in search resutls page

currently search results are appearing in bounding boxes without being "clickable" (e.g. the title of the whole box). That is very user unfriendly (as an EXACT link has to be hit with the mouse pointer in order to be linked off).

ToDo

Boxes in search results and/or the titles of the search results should be clickable. The target should be the main url (i.e. external resource) or a detailed page (i.e. to be established in #87 (closed) & #86 (closed)).

Upon hovering above a search results the color scheme of that box should get darker / inverted (might be too hard) in order to make it clear that there is some potential action available:
