Date input without explictily mentioned that it is UTC is confusing

While presenting the SMS for the KIT, there was the questions about the time difference for the now entry.

So it most either be explicitly clear that all of the date inputs is utc - or it must be configurable to insert dates in the local time zone (but this must be explicit as well).
