Load and save Generic Device Actions

Goal of this MR:

• load related generic device actions from the backend
• visualize the actions in the timeline
• save new generic device action in the backend
• edit existing generic device actions
• delete existing generic device actions

MR !108 (merged) should be merged before this branch.
