Add links to website & to write mails to contacts

This MR adds the options to open links for websites directly from within the sms. It also adds links with "mailto" for a contact.

Can you use the small attribute for the <v-icons>s? So it reads like this:

<v-icon
  small
>
  mdi-email
</v-icon>

and looks not that heavyweight:
