@tobias.kuhnert I think this MR is ready for review. The one think that I wasn't really able to was to delete device calibration actions with associated measured quantities. (But there is the MR on backend for this https://gitlab.hzdr.de/hub-terra/sms/backend/-/merge_requests/226).

For the rest, I tested it and it seems to work.

(But then I also tried some minor renaming stuff - I'm a bit disappointed that one some sitations we have "measured quantities" and on some others we still have the old "device properties".
