Resolve "Delete Platform, Webbrowser crashed"

Nils Brinckmann requested to merge 10-fix-delete-platforms into master

Issues: #10 (closed), #11 (closed)

This MR:

  • fixes the delete dialogs for platforms & devices
  • changes the tab names from persons to contacts
  • changes the snackbars for success & error

Would be great to have it merged before the presentation on Thurday.
