Fixes the problem with the date validation to add new locations

Nils Brinckmann requested to merge 419-dynamic-location-action-validation-problem into develop
  • no test for toBeTruthy as this make string results pass
  • also tests for the reversed ordering of the location timepoints
  • sort in the validation checks
