Use extra endpoint to sync user & group information by HIFIS IDP

With this MR we introduce an additional (non idl specified) endpoint to query the get userinfo endpoint of a helmholtz IDP & ask for the entries in the virtual organizations. With those virtual organizations we can extract groups for our IDL implementation.

We also remove the old way of synchronizing with the LDAP.
