Scan existing vocabularies for new suggestions

For most of the new terms we get via the CV suggestion feature, we just get a term - without many more informations.

One of the earliest steps the curation team than does, is to scan the existing vocabularies like NERC, ODM2, AMS, CF-conventions etc for this kind of term. There is almost no new term for that neither the user nor the curation team does this step. So the question arises, if this can be automated on the SMS side when suggesting a new term.

It would be possible to scan nerc for example, find a term via fuzzy matching. We can take then the definition and the provenance. And for the term we can apply the sms cv term styling conventions (#186) automatically too. That way we make it way easier to include existing terms (for those are currently missing) and we remove a task that the curation team needs to do too.
