Draft: Integrate the IDL into the orchestration repos docker-compose.yml

This MR is not meant to be merged into the develop nor main branch.

The idea here is to provice an example on how to integrate the IDL subsystem (for the user management) into the sms orchestration.

It currently works just fine on my system, but maybe there are further changes needed.
