Add gfz equipmenttypes

I added some equipment types that we have in our tereno database. As here is no real cv currently, it is completely driven by the users - which gives us some inconsistencies that I tried to solve here (some of the terms where broader terms, some more specific terms of basic device types).

I hope that at least the types I added here make sense. (Maybe I will add others with another MR in some weeks as well).
