Add sta endpoint url for gfz implementation

This MR adds the link to a STA url to the datasources endpoint for the GFZ implementation. We provide this to be later in the position to provide access to the datastreams in STA in any system that uses the TSMDL (ok, just the SMS, but maybe it is useful for others too).
