Remove timeout from status object in dwell plan

Updates qserver_plans.py to avoid raising an exception when the status object used for dwell times out. This was a suggestion from Dan Allan and avoids us having unnecessary exceptions caused which might be surprising to users if they see it in the log/terminal.
