Draft: changes to use new beamline tools
added ipython_kernel and changed case of BEAMLINE_CONFIG and removed unneeded plans and devices load.
Once this is merged into develop and tested, we can make a new release and merge into main.
To test this:
- Install Bluesky and vanilla_beamline tools (which branch)?
- Clone this repo to some location on the host
- Run what command?
