load_script is now appending an empty line after the automatically prepended lines (pure esthetic)
load_script is now making sure that the user script file that was loaded is editable for the user
execute_magic now takes into account that some magics are plans, some are mov, and movr. Additionally, it now append to the plan name _scan.
