Update Dockerfile to use batches branch of the bessyii_bluesky_widgets

This takes the changes from Basti to add the ability to create and interact with batches in the GUI.

They are saved by default in the working directory of bessyii_bluesky_widgets. This needs improving and should be set to some location mounted in the container.
