The commit includes the following changes:

- `sphinx_design` extension to Sphinx has been added for better
  documentation design.
- Update the Getting Started section of the docs to include
  a tabbed interface for installation instruction.
- Improved overall structure of the available guides.

This commit partially resolves Issue #176.
