Update the Landing Page of the Minterpy Documentation

The Minterpy documentation's landing page is due for a redesign. Currently, it features an extensive description of Minterpy and the full of table of contents, which can be somewhat intimidating as an entry point.

This task is part of the summer sprint dedicated to improving the Minterpy documentation (see Issue #178).
