Update the Minterpy Documentation

This is a parent issue for late summer sprint taking care of all issues related to the Minterpy documentation.

• Revamp the Getting Started Section (see Issue #176 (closed); resolved via MR !153 (merged))
• Create a Better Documentation Landing Page (see Issue #179 (closed); resolved via MR !156 (merged))
• Organize the Fundamentals Section of the Docs (see Issue #181 (closed); resolved via MR !158 (merged))
• Organize the API Reference Section of the Docs (see Issue #180 (closed); resolved via MR !157 (merged))
• Update the Contributors Section of the Docs (see Issue #72 (closed); resolved via MR !155 (merged))
• Change the Icon of Minterpy that Appears in the Docs (resolved via MR !155 (merged))
• Decide if Glossary and TODOs still need to be in the public documentation (resolved via MR !155 (merged))
  • Due to minimum usage, they are for now removed from the public documentation.
• Update the documentation for the regression feature (see Issue #86)
• Expand the How-To Guides (see Issue #113)
