Reorganize the Fundamentals Section of the Documentation

Following the update of the Minterpy documentation (see Issue #178), the Fundamentals section of the documentation should be reorganized. In particular, the landing page of the section should present the information in a friendlier manner as opposed to show the full table of contents.
