Redesign the Minterpy documentation landing page

The landing page of the Minterpy documentation has been redesigned. It is now much simplified with fewer text, better internal cross-referencing, a hidden full table of contents, and without unnecessary links.

There are no changes to the codebase introduced by this MR.

This MR should resolve Issue #179 (closed) and part of the documentation summer sprint (Issue #178).
