Merge feature/fix-requested-jobs into dev
- bug fix: request all jobs of workflow if workflow is expanded in WorkflowTable (not just 100)
- bug fix: remote jobs not anymore in state "pending" on orchestrator instance
- bug fix: workflow confirmation if instance doesn't allow auto execution
